Early in the year one of our past clients called to say they were ready to move up to a new home. I went over to see them first to do my Room-By-Room Review. We came up with a list of cosmetic to-do's that wasn't too extensive.
Sharon and Paul called in one of the companies we recommended to do those fix-ups as soon as possible so that part was completed and out of the way - there wouldn't be any delays because the work wasn't done when they did finally find exactly the right home.
The home search took some time to find the right one but, after putting in offers on several homes, we were finally successful.
Now we shifted to staging and Sally used her expertise and design sense and our locker full of staging materials to really dress up our client's home. It ended up looking fabulous and selling within 72 hours of being listed for sale.
